Hope For Haiti

MTV’S HOPE FOR HAITI NOW CONCERT LINE-UP
Wyclef Jean, Bruce Springsteen, Jennifer Hudson, Mary J. Blige, Shakira, Sting, Alicia Keys, Christina Aguilera, Dave Matthews, John Legend, Justin Timberlake, Stevie Wonder, and Taylor Swift will all perform at MTV’s Hope for Haiti Now: A Global Benefit for Earthquake Relief on Friday. The show will also feature a group performance by Keith Urban, Kid Rock, andSheryl Crow from Los Angeles, while Coldplay, along with a group performance by Bono, The Edge, Jay-Z, and Rihanna will beam out live from London. In addition to musical performances, the telethon will feature more than one hundred stars of film, T-V and music supporting the cause.  Wyclef Jean will be holding the fort down in New York City, George Clooney will be live in Los Angeles, and CNN’s Anderson Cooper will be reporting from Haiti during the two hour show. MTV’s Hope for Haiti Now: A Global Benefit for Earthquake Relief will take place Friday, January 22nd at 8 PM Eastern and Pacific and will air on MTV, VH1, CMT, ABC, CBS, NBC,FOX, CNN, BET, THE CW, and HBO.
    • WHERE YOUR MTV’s HOPE FOR HAITI NOW DONATIONS ARE GOING! The Clinton Bush Haiti Fund and United Nations World Food Programme have joined the list of relief organizations that will benefit from Hope for Haiti Now, which also includes Oxfam America, Partners in Health, the Red Cross, UNICEF, and Yele Haiti Foundation.  Proceeds from Hope for Haiti Now will be split evenly among each organization’s individual funds for Haiti earthquake relief.
    • BUY THE MUSIC FROM MTV’s HOPE FOR HAITI NOW TO BENEFIT HAITI!! All musical performances will be available for purchase for 99 cents per song through the Apple iTunes store beginning Saturday, January 23rd, with all proceeds benefiting Haiti relief funds managed by Hope for Haiti Now charities.
