All U2, All The Time: Bono Makes Amends

Bono certainly made amends when he missed fellow Irish rockers the Script perform in New York.

According to the New York Post, the U2 frontman made sure the group were well lubricated for the gig.

Having double-booked himself, Bono ensured there was a case of Guinness and a case of champagne waiting for them backstage.

But the gig at Roseland Ballroom was not without the odd celebrity dotted among the crowd.

Actresses Rosie Perez and Jane Krakowski were among those present, according to the Post.
