In collaboration with Universal Music, DiGi is offering two lucky winners of its U2 360° Flyaway Contest and their partners a Dublin tour, which will take them to where the band members grew up, schooled, played their first gig and many more highlights.
The winners will then fly to London to watch U2 perform on a unique 360° stage designed to give the audience unobstructed views.
“This is a rare opportunity for our customers to see the iconic rock group live and take a memorable tour of where it all started for them. This flyaway contest is our way to engage our customers by making their music experience personal and memorable for them,” said DiGi youth segment head Nikki Lee.
The U2 360° Flyaway Contest is open to all DiGi customers until July 10.
To take part, customers need only download any U2 content of their latest album No Line On The Horizon from the DiGi music portal.
Every 10th downloader of U2 content will be in the running to be called by Fly FM, beginning now, any time between 4pm and midnight, from Mondays to Fridays.
The contestants will have to sing the word “magnificent” for as long as they can in a single breath.
Magnificent is U2’s latest single from No Line On The Horizon.
The top two contestants who can do so for the longest time will win the contest. The other contestants will receive exclusive U2 merchandise.
DiGi customers can purchase U2’s latest album at RM9.90, full tracks at RM5 each or truetones at RM4 each from DiGi Music in order to participate in the contest.
